Another victim 'Münster' died

munster - A small three weeks after the attack with a camper van in Münster is one of the victims who were seriously injured yet died. The death toll thus comes to three. According to the police, it is a 74-year-old man from the city of Hamm who succumbed to his injuries. There are now six people in the hospital, two of whom are in the intensive care unit. They are no longer in danger of life.

On April 7, the 48-year-old German Jens R. drove his camper on a busy terrace in the city center of Münster. As a result, two people died instantly, more than twenty were injured, including a few Dutch people. After his death ride the perpetrator committed suicide.

The research into his motive and background has not yet been completed. The police assume that R. was suicidal. He was known to the authorities. His father thinks that a mental illness has driven him to this act.
