ankara - The Turkish government has blamed Berlin on Thursday that it is unacceptable that Germany interferes with Turkey's internal affairs. This is a response to the German demand that Turkey released a German human rights activist, reported German media.

The Turkish ambassador to Berlin was called on Wednesday and the German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel interrupted because of the tensions with Ankara's holiday. Gabriel is expected back in Berlin on Thursday.
