tokio - The Japanese public broadcaster on Tuesday struck an accident about a rocket launch by North Korea. The alarm was withdrawn within a few minutes.
The incident follows a few days after the American state of Hawaii had smashed the population by phone with an alarm for an incoming missile. That message led to panic among the population.
