Agent sees brother for burglar and shoots him dead

stagecoach - The 59-year-old Robert Lee, from the American site Stagecoach, is in prison for the murder of his brother Rocky Lee (57). Robert saw his brother for burglar and shot him dead. The incident took place on Friday.

The brothers are both agents. When Robert shot his brother, they were both not at work. Rocky had probably gone to Robert to see if everything was okay.

The shooting took place in the bathroom of Robert Lee's home. Detectives who investigate the case are faced with many questions, such as 'why did not Rocky hit you?'

Robert Lee has been charged with murder. Whoever kills an agent in the state of Texas- where Stagecoach is- risks the death penalty. Whether that is also a risk for Robert Lee is still being looked at: his brother Rocky was not at work when he was shot.
