Adopted children may Congo finally out

- Congo has prepared 69 children by foreigners can be adopted to provide exit visas. It is the first time since the government two years ago instituted a moratorium that adoption from Congo is again possible. That the Congolese Ministry of Interior said.

Congo proposed the moratorium in 2013 for fear that adopted children would be victims of abuse or trafficking. The government has also expressed concerns about adoptions by gay couples.
