amsterdam - A 46-year-old woman who won 148 million pounds (now 165 million euros) in the Euromillions lottery, is separated after a year and is now married to a convicted swindler.

Gillian Bayford married the 37-year-old Brian Deans. The man from Dundee had previously been convicted for lighting up supermarket chain Tesco.

The mother of two children says in The Sun that she knew from the start that Deans had been in prison for six months. 'But it does not matter to me.'

Bayford won the jackpot at the time with husband Adrian Bayford. Fifteen months later, the couple disbanded. The stress of the enormous amount put an end to nine years of marriage. After the divorce, their huge eight million euro house was sold. Then she became engaged with a car dealer, but that relationship also ran on the cliffs.

The new man of the millionaire is now renovating houses. Gillian does not want to say to The Sun under what conditions the marriage is concluded.
