manaus - When a prison riot in the Brazilian state of Amazonas are Sunday and Monday at least fifty deaths. Brazilian media reported that the struggle between two drug gangs in the prison complex has been the cause of the outbreak of violence.

The uprising broke out Sunday afternoon in the Anísio Jobim prison north of the city of Manaus and would not have ended Monday.
