A man who did not get the highest marks seventeen years ago after a course in modern history, is now demanding £ 1 million (1.

Faiz Siddiqui claims that the 'inadequate' way of teaching from that time is now affecting him in his career.

The 39-year-old Siddiqui left Brasenose College in June 2000 with a grade list that was just below the top. He holds the instructors responsible with retroactive effect. For example, they were absent due to unpaid leave, argued the student from before in court.

The university denies that there is negligence and seventeen years later it takes a long time for a legitimate legal complaint, according to the BBC.
