Possible death of flat burns

The police investigating the fire in the London Grenfell Tower has said there are 'ready grounds' to think that there has been a so-called collective kill.

The Kensington and Chelsea subdivisions and the housing management department have been told that they may have been falsely in control and supervision. The BBC reports this from a letter sent by the London police to the residents concerned.
