Minute silence for Strasbourg at EU summit

The 28 EU leaders at their summit in Brussels held a minute's silence for the victims of the shooting at the Christmas market in Strasbourg on Tuesday.

During the shooting with a police terrorist motive, three people died and thirteen were injured. The 29-year-old shooter, who was registered with the French intelligence services as radicalized and violent, is fugitive. The European Parliament had observed a minute's silence on Wednesday in Strasbourg.
