Homostel must return adopted son to mother

A Brussels gay couple must return their adopted son of fifteen months to the biological mother of the child now that the woman has come up with her and has gone to court.

Manish and Michaël from Schaerbeek saw their wish to have children come true in April 2016 through an adoption house in Antwerp. A pregnant woman had agreed to give her baby to the gay couple. Five days after the birth the boy found a new home with the couple.
