Thalys passengers must report earlier

brussels - Passengers on international trains Thalys, TGV and ICE from Brussels-Midi or Antwerp Central are invited thirty minutes earlier to be present for security checks. This was reported by the international arm of the Belgian railway SNCB Monday on Twitter. The security checks are a result of the high threat level in the Brussels Region.

It may be that at the stations, passengers are asked to show their identity papers. It can also be checked luggage. Therefore, all travelers asked to be present earlier than normal.
