- An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3, in the night between Wednesday and Thursday many people awakened in the northeast of Spain. The newspaper La Vanguardia reported that the epicenter was 150 kilometers northeast of Barcelona, just off the coast near Rosas and near the French border.
There are no reports of damage or casualties. French media reported that the quake was heavier, 4.6, and was felt in Perpignan. Damage is not observed in France.
