thessaloniki, greece - An ancient Greek statue, dating back 2,000 years, was discovered in a garbage bag in Greece.

Ancient Statue Found in Trash

In Neoi Epivates region near Thessaloniki, a 80cm marble female statue from the Hellenistic period, dated around 320-330 BC, was found in a trash bag. The statue has been handed over to authorities for further analysis.
