IS alleged supporters arrested in Turkey

- Police in Turkey have eleven suspected supporters of terrorist group Islamic State (IS) was arrested in Istanbul. The anti-terrorist unit of the police has done simultaneous raids on more than twenty addresses in the city, Anadolu news agency reported Thursday. Among the seven suspects are foreigners.
The Turkish authorities have stepped up the fight against terrorism in Turkey for a G20 meeting in Turkey's Antalya place Sunday and Monday. Last week, in the region twenty people arrested with alleged links to IS. It is expected that more arrests will follow.
