Hitler paintings deliver 40,000 euros

nuremberg - As a young artist Adolf Hitler knew little something to sell, but now make his paintings or money. At an auction in Nuremberg collectors counted a total of 40,000 euros down to 16 watercolors and drawings of the Nazi dictator. According to the auction of all the work proved to be authentic.

The watercolor painting,, Residence Dr. Bloch '' produced according to the German newspaper Bild highest amount: 7,000 euros. A cityscape of Dresden was bought for 5,500 euros by a resident of the city, which was destroyed in the Second World War unleashed by Hitler by an Allied bombardment.

Trade in Hitler's paintings and drawings sometimes leads to frown, but is allowed. Paraphernalia with swastikas or other Nazi symbols may not be sold in Germany.

Weidler auction house insisted that the buyers are only art collectors.
