london - A former public toilet in East London is for sale. The asking price for the unique building in the trendy Spitalfields is converted 1.3 million.


         Is the aerial access an architectural feast for the eye, the surprise is to be found underground. A space no larger than about 55 square meters is being touted by the broker as 'charming, quirky, unique, brilliantly situated' and 'a fantastic opportunity'. Who wants to start a night club can lose with any luck sixty customers, writes the Guardian newspaper Sunday.
The cottage is appealing to the hospitality industry. In 2012, there once was a nightclub whose owner, however, was caught on drug trafficking. Thirteen arrests and the withdrawal of the license were due.
