Restaurant gangers injured after attack pepper spray

In a restaurant in Hamburg, Sunday, 28 people were injured on Sunday, after an unknown perpetrator sprayed with pepper spray.

The perpetrator managed to escape. There is nothing known about the reason for the attack.
