Puigdemont reported gps under car

The former and now arrested Catalan Prime Minister Carles Puigdemont would have discovered a tracker in Belgium two weeks ago under his car.

Puigdemont has been living in Waterloo since February. He had fled Spain in October after being charged with attempting to separate Catalonia. On Sunday he was arrested in Germany on the basis of a European arrest warrant when he was on his way back from a lecture in Finland. He drove a car with a Belgian license plate. More than ten members of the Spanish intelligence service, the CNI, watched the separatist leader on that trip, the authorities confirmed according to Spanish media.
