Brussels: no-deal Brexit more likely

It is becoming increasingly likely that the United Kingdom will leave the EU on 12 April without agreement.

The leaders of the EU countries gave Prime Minister Theresa May a postponement of the Brexit until 22 May if she gets the agreement on the divorce conditions from the parliament. If that fails, then London must come up with a plan before 12 April. If there is no agreement, British EU membership can expire without agreement and a transitional period. 'It is clear that this will cause a significant disruption for citizens and businesses. '
