Yellow fever claims more lives in Angola

luanda - The death toll from an outbreak of yellow fever in Angola has risen to 225. An estimated 1,600 people become infected with the virus. That made the Angolan Health Minister Luis Sambo on Tuesday.
Sambo reported after a meeting with the World Health Organization (WHO) that the virus is active in sixteen of the eighteen provinces of the country. The Minister has requested more medicines and vaccines.
