Refugees drown in Turkey

ayvacik - Twelve refugees were killed by the boat on which they sat was wrecked off the coast of Turkey . According to the Turkish coastguard Saturday 23 people were rescued from the sea .

The victims are asylum seekers from Syria and Afghanistan on their way to the Greek island of Lesbos.
