A Delta Airlines flight from New York's JFK Airport to Orlando diverted to Raleigh, North Carolina, after a mysterious smell was detected in the cabin. The cause of the smell affecting the 158 passengers remains unknown.

Incident Details

Delta Airlines stated that flight 2090, carrying 158 passengers, landed safely in Raleigh after the smell was detected. Investigations are ongoing to determine the source of the mysterious odor.

Notably, a previous incident on February 1 involved a United Airlines plane catching fire on takeoff from Texas to New York. No injuries were reported, and all passengers were transferred to another flight.
