grozny - The Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov accuses tech billionaire Elon Musk of remotely disabling his Cybertruck after sharing a video of the vehicle with a mounted machine gun.

The Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has accused tech billionaire Elon Musk of remotely disabling his Cybertruck after sharing a video of the vehicle, which appeared to have a machine gun mounted on it. Kadyrov also claimed that the vehicle was deployed in Ukraine.

Initially, Kadyrov, an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, had thanked Musk for the vehicle. However, he took a less friendly tone towards the billionaire on Thursday. 'He lavishes expensive gifts from the bottom of his heart and then remotely disables them,' Kadyrov remarked.

Musk had previously reacted with annoyance to reports about Kadyrov's Cybertruck. 'Are you really stupid enough to think I gave a Cybertruck to a Russian general?' he wrote last month on X. 'Another example of how much the mainstream media lie.'
