philadelphia - Tech billionaire Elon Musk faces civil lawsuit for his controversial 'giveaway' in the American swing states, with the prosecutor requesting the court to immediately halt the action.

Tech billionaire Elon Musk is facing a civil lawsuit for his controversial 'giveaway' in the swing states of America. The Philadelphia public prosecutor Larry Krasner has asked the court to stop the action immediately.

Last Thursday, the US Department of Justice warned that the Tesla CEO's initiative might be illegal. Musk has been giving away one million dollars daily to Americans in the seven swing states who register as voters and express their support for the first and second amendments of the constitution through a petition. Voters in Pennsylvania will also receive 100 dollars for signing the petition.

Musk, a strong supporter of former President Trump, is distributing the money through his political action committee, America PAC. According to the lawsuit, the action resembles a 'lottery'. Krasner states that since lotteries in Pennsylvania need to be regulated by the local government, there is an 'undoubtedly illegal lottery' taking place.
