brussels - A European blacklist of tax havens is desperately needed in the fight against tax evasion. That said EU Commissioner Pierre Moscovici (Tax) Thursday on the occasion of the 'Panama Papers.
Moscovici called the revelations among other high-ranking politicians who put their assets in tax havens,, an absolute scandal, unethical and shocking. ''
