Ukraine challenges Russia to European court

strasbourg/ottawa - Ukraine has filed a complaint against Russia at the European Court of Human Rights. The reason is the appearance of the Russian Coast Guard against Ukrainian ships in the Kerch Strait near the coast of the Crimean peninsula.
