Can Dundar and Erdem Gul were arrested in November for distributing certain material on the war in Syria. Such a step could be seen that helped smuggle the Turkish secret service in 2014 arms to Syria. Justice accuses the journalists include the dissemination of intelligence and espionage.
The two journalists are not from the Turkish judiciary. On March 25 begins a trial against them. They are not allowed out of the country and they can get a life sentence.
