This patch can save your life

las vegas - A Belgian company has developed a patch that can measure your heart rate, breathing and the oxygen content in your blood.

Imec is presenting the patch today at the CES Technology Fair in Las Vegas, writes Het Nieuwsblad.

The patch can be used for at least seven days. Patients need less to go to the hospital in between. After a week they can throw away the patch themselves, according to the newspaper.

Chronically ill patients can be followed at home for little money.
