'Syria violates file '

- America has asked Russia to exert its influence on the Syrian government to abide by the cease-fire. That happened following reports that the Syrian air force attacks carried out which also civilian targets have been hit.

Washington condemned the attacks by the Syrian army. Where and when that occurred is not clear. Since February 27 is a cease-fire between the Syrian army and rebel groups.
