Social media accounts lifted Google Glass

- Google seems to be smart spectacles Google Glass to have reached final of the consumer market. The tech company has all the social media accounts of the Glass-team disbanded, as discovered 9to5Google.

Until recently, people put the Google Glass team photos and stories to include Twitter, Instagram and Google+ about the capabilities of the smart glasses. The presence on social media would become much less relevant as Google's Glass project no longer aimed at consumers.

Google seems still to work on a successor to the first generation Glass, but the new glasses were intended mainly for the business market.
