Russians sued for hacking US Democrats

washington - The United States is suing twelve Russian intelligence officers for hacking the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton's campaign. That was what the US Department of Justice announced.

In the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, Hackers pushed into the computer systems of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), the board of Clinton's party. Whistleblower site WikiLeaks later published thousands of e-mails and other documents. That caused the party in great embarrassment.
