moscow - Part of a Russian cruise missile hit an apartment building in the northwest of Russia. Something had gone wrong on a test, but no one was injured, media reported. However, a fire broke out in the three-storey building. The residents were evacuated on time, according to the BBC.

The village is near a Russian naval base a few hundred kilometers from the Finnish border. The missile was fired from a test site of the Ministry of Defence. Russia has also deployed cruise missiles against targets in Syria. They were fired from the Caspian Sea.
