'RAF killed nearly a thousand IS fighters'

london - The Royal Air Force has over the past year and a half nearly a thousand fighters of the Islamic State (IS) slain in airstrikes in Iraq and Syria. According to figures from the British Ministry of Defence after an official information request by media company Vice were released, according to the BBC Saturday.

The RAF began in September 2014 with air strikes in Iraq. The end of 2015 followed attacks in Syria. The Royal Air Force was able to eliminate 974 fighters in Iraq and Syria 22. According to the Ministry the figures are estimates based on analyzes of the attacks.
