moscow - Russian President Vladimir Putin has virtually acknowledged Thursday that Russian troops are active in Ukraine. 'We have never said that there are no people who engage in certain military issues,' Putin said during his annual press conference, which is expected to take four hours. Putin, however, denied that any 'regular forces' in the neighboring country.
