Philips stops lichttak takeover talks with Go Capital Scale

amsterdam - Philips gets out an agreement for sale of its Lumileds business to investors brought together by GO Capital Scale.

Philips speaks about contingencies in consultation with the regulator for US foreign investment, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.

The Dutch electronics group says other companies to put the talks on sales. The negotiations went on the acquisition of 80.1% stake in Lumileds division.

Philips reported earlier to have multiple candidates gathered for its relief operations.
