lake austin - Joe Rogan, a popular podcast maker, discloses the reason why Kamala Harris did not appear on his show despite her team reaching out for a possible interview.

Podcast maker Joe Rogan shared that Kamala Harris' campaign team contacted him for a potential appearance on his show, but they drew a line when it came to questions about the 'legalization of marijuana'. Rogan found this situation 'hilarious', as reported by American media based on the latest episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.

Former California Attorney General, Harris, was known for being strict about the use of soft drugs by suspects. Rogan mentioned, 'She has put many people in prison for weed.' Additionally, Harris' team reportedly insisted on a shorter episode, possibly to prevent gaffes by the Democratic candidate, and requested to record the show elsewhere.

Joe Rogan also mentioned that despite multiple scheduling conflicts with Harris' team, they finally did not make it for an interview on his show. This missed opportunity is seen by some as a factor in the blame game within the Democrats following the recent election defeat against Trump.

While Harris had been avoiding interviews after her candidacy and the sidelining of Joe Biden by the party leadership, she started appearing more publicly in the last few weeks before the elections. In contrast, Trump appeared on Rogan's show for three hours, discussing various topics, including his interactions with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Trump expressed regret for appointing 'bad, unfaithful' people in his first term, labeling it as the 'biggest mistake' of his presidency. The episode featuring Trump became one of the most-watched episodes of the show, attracting more than twenty million listeners within 20 hours.

Rogan, known for his lengthy interviews in his Lake Austin residence, is reportedly the world's wealthiest podcaster due to an exclusive contract with Spotify. In comparison, Harris' appearance on the podcast Call Her Daddy attracted less than a million listeners in a few weeks.
