london - The United States has set up a permanent hotline for the reporting of violations in Syria. Syrians coming under fire while the truce should apply, a complaint can do on the track. Not only in Arabic. The British newspaper The Independent has established that the hotline that started last Saturday, is mainly staffed by people who do not speak Arabic.

The US State Department has acknowledged that the line should be improved. A spokesman said the phone is answered by volunteers who speak only a few Arabic. It involves the Ministry officials who answer the phone in their spare time. The spokesman acknowledged that to be better selected.

A Syrian who survives an attack and call the number, hear:,, Hello, this is the State Department cessation of hostilities Syria hotline. May I help you? '' (Hello, this is the file hotline in Syria of the Foreign Ministry. How may I be of service now?). Arabic-speaking callers have complained that it just seemed like they were not understood.
