'Most groups join file Syria '

- Most groups that are expected to join the cease-fire in Syria, seem also to do. So say sources close to the talks. Russian President Vladimir Putin also reported that all major parties join the file.

The groups and countries had until Friday 11. 00 hours to report that they participate in the ceasefire which should go into the night from Friday to Saturday and lasts for a fortnight. It is not clear whether there are groups who refuse to participate. The file has been previously agreed upon by the US and Russia.

A major rebel group indicated Friday to join the cease-fire. It involves the rebels backed by Saudi Arabia of the High Negotiation (HNC).
