Monday national test with NL-Alert

rijswijk - Monday at 12 noon, the government sends an NL-Alert control message in the different Dutch regions. This test allows people to see if their mobile phone is set to receive the warning.

The government will test the system twice this year: on July 3 and December 4.

With NL-Alert, the government can alert and inform people via a mobile phone during a disaster. The message says what's going on and what the recipient can do best.
