Microsoft follows Apple with the SIM card

The
Cellular Data app is already available in the US Windows Store, but Microsoft has given no publicity yet. The company has not yet responded to the discovery of the app by news site The Verge.
It is not yet known whether Microsoft plans to develop its own mobile virtual network to connect users with participating network providers.
