India has revealed its 26-player squad for the upcoming AFC Women's Asian Cup, featuring a blend of young talents and seasoned players. The team, led by head coach Amelia Valverde, is prepared to face a challenging group as the lowest-ranked team in the tournament.

Goalkeepers

The goalkeeping unit comprises Panthoi Chanu Elangbam, Shreya Hooda, and Sowmiya Narayanasamy. Panthoi, now India's primary goalkeeper, has 26 national team appearances and played a crucial role in the qualifiers. Shreya, recognized as the best goalkeeper in India in 2023-24, provides strong support, while Sowmiya brings experience from previous national team involvements.

Defenders

The defensive lineup features Astam Oraon, Juli Kishan, Martina Thokchom, Nirmala Devi Phanjoubam, Sanju Yadav, Sarita Yumnam, Shilky Devi Hemam, Sushmita Lepcha, Sweety Devi Ngangbam, showcasing a mix of talent and experience in various positions.
