Manafort challenges Justice for Mueller investigation

washington - Paul Manafort, former Donald Trump campaign leader, is challenging the US Department of Justice for finding that the investigation of special prosecutor Robbert Mueller has become too big.

Manafort thinks Mueller's investigation between the alleged ties of 'Team Trump' and Russia goes beyond what Mueller has been given the authority to do.

Mueller would have been given 'carte blanche' by State Secretary Rod Rosenstein of Justice, and that is unjustified, says Manafort.
