washington - A lawyer from Donald Trump accuses former top advisor Steve Bannon of violating a confidentiality agreement. The lawyer summoned Bannon in a letter to stop passing on confidential information, reports American media.

Bannon was told, among other things, that he must keep all relevant documentation due to 'pending' legal steps. He would probably have been guilty of defamation, according to the lawyer.

Trump reacted furiously to alleged statements by Bannon on Wednesday, quoted in the book Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House. He would have called the presidential daughter Ivanka to the writer 'oil dumpling'. He also went to Donald Trump jr., Because of a controversial meeting with a Russian lawyer.

Allies of Bannon stated, according to The Washington Post, that he considered deleting the book. Bannon might also have wanted to deny having made certain statements. Before Bannon could send a statement, Trump had already been attacked. He wondered if his former top advisor had lost his mind.

Author Michael Wolff would have regularly walked around in the White House. A source told the newspaper that advisers to the president saw the author as an ally. That's why they thought it wise to talk to him. Meanwhile, that image has apparently been tilted. Trump would have taken out employees who spoke with Wolff.
