Svetlana Dali managed to remove her ankle monitor illegally last weekend, according to a source at the police. On Monday, she was spotted boarding a bus to Canada, even though she was not allowed to leave the country. This time, she reportedly purchased a ticket in advance.

Due to her behavior, Dali was detained again, including in Buffalo, New York. The police have not officially commented on the reports in the American media. During the hearing, the judge stated, "We do not believe she poses a serious flight risk. It's not like she can secretly board a plane every day."

Reportedly residing in Russia earlier, Dali had been released on bail following a hearing in Brooklyn in early December but was ordered to wear an ankle monitor. She claimed she would stay with an acquaintance in Philadelphia. She was charged with illegally accessing a Delta Air Lines aircraft without a boarding pass. Initially refusing to return to the US from Paris, she claimed to have been poisoned by the Russian secret services. However, further investigation revealed no health issues, and the French authorities sent her back on a flight.

She managed to slip past one of the checkpoints at JFK Airport by blending in with the crew of a Spanish airline, as reported by the New York Times. Due to the flight being fully booked, she had to sit in the restroom, arousing suspicion from the staff who later discovered she had no ticket.
