'IS performs more attacks'

baghdad - In response to land loss, the caliphate of Islamic State (IS) this year raised the number of attacks in Iraq and Syria. Says a report released Sunday by the American IHS Jane's Terrorism and Rebellion Centre (JTIC).

According to the analysts argued IS 891 attacks in the first quarter of this year. That's the highest number in a three-month period since mid-2014, when the extremists made a major advance in the two countries.
