' IS kills children with disabilities '

raqqa - Terror organization Islamic State has issued an order to kill newborns and children with Down syndrome or other disabilities. Iraqi activists that claims the group Mosul Eye. IS would now have slain all 38 babies who had an abnormality. The children would have been aged between one week and three months.
