new york, los angeles, manhattan, dubai, miami, syria, brooklyn - An American plastic surgeon, accused of abusing and using his girlfriend as a sex slave, is facing a lawsuit for $10 million.

In the complaint, Mahmoud allegedly struck his ex so hard once that her eye socket was shattered. He then allegedly injected her with fillers without anesthesia to hide the bruises. These allegations were reported by the New York Post.

Last Tuesday, the model filed a lawsuit against the surgeon, demanding $10 million in damages. Sias, who resides in Los Angeles, was previously a successful model who even graced the cover of the American magazine Maxim. In the lawsuit filed in Manhattan, New York, against Mahmoud, she described him as a violent, alcohol and drug-abusing sex addict who hides behind the facade of a caring plastic surgeon. Mahmoud is the owner of Alinea Medical Spa on the exclusive Fifth Avenue in New York.

Sias documented her injuries throughout the nine-month relationship with gruesome photos attached to the sixteen-page lawsuit. Her lawyer, Larry Hutcher, stated to the New York Post, 'There is no 'she said' here. He literally forced her to be his sex slave.'

The two met at a party last April. According to the complaint, Mahmoud allegedly tried to persuade Sias to have a threesome with his then-girlfriend. Sias refused but still felt charmed by Mahmoud and stayed in touch with him.

Shortly after, while in New York for a modeling job, the two went on a date that quickly turned into a relationship. At the start of the relationship, the charmer showered the model with gifts and trips to Dubai and Miami. However, his alter ego emerged soon after. 'Almost every night, Mahmoud would consume alcohol and drugs and force himself on Sias, regardless of her consent to the sexual acts or even her awareness,' stated the complaint.

On June 7, 2023, Sias found Mahmoud in his apartment 'partying with three prostitutes' in the middle of the night. When she confronted him, he became furious. 'After the three women left, Mahmoud threw Sias to the ground, brutally beating her in the face and body and smothering her with a pillow until she lost consciousness,' the complaint reads. 'I thought I was going to die,' Sias told the New York Post. During the relationship, Mahmoud used his medical license to prescribe her antidepressants and gave her ketamine to keep her 'compliant and submissive.' He allegedly compelled her to stay in his apartment so no one could see her injuries, threatening 'serious consequences' if she tried to leave.

In late July, after her eye socket was shattered from a blow, Mahmoud took Sias to his clinic and injected her with fillers without anesthesia. 'An act of calculated cruelty,' the complaint stated. 'I could feel the needle scraping along my bone,' Sias recounted to the New York Post. The violence continued for several months until an incident in October when the surgeon allegedly forced the model into 'sexual acts with strangers.' Sias managed to escape when she traveled to Los Angeles for work and never returned.

She left behind all her possessions in his apartment and now resides in Los Angeles. 'At first, I was afraid he would seek revenge and try to kill me,' the model said. Sias also accuses Mahmoud of abusing other women, referring to a still ongoing lawsuit from 2014 where his ex-wife accuses him of severe abuse.

This ex-wife, originally from Syria, was briefly married to Mahmoud, who allegedly physically and sexually abused her. Mahmoud reportedly 'injected her with growth hormones' in an attempt to create the 'ideal body' as he did not approve of her natural physique. The woman brought forth 37 different allegations against Mahmoud. However, many were dismissed by the court due to exceeding the one-year statute of limitations, including the rape accusation from their wedding night in 2013, according to court documents.

In the shocking case, the ex-wife also accuses Mahmoud's mother, Daed Nokari, of conducting humiliating gynecological exams. Mahmoud allegedly asked his mother, a gynecologist herself, to recommend a doctor, to which Nokari replied that 'it was too expensive to hire another doctor' and proceeded to carry out the examination on a desk. Nokari then spread false stories in her home country of Syria that the victim was a hermaphrodite. Nokari had moved from Syria to Brooklyn but returned to find 'a good wife for Mahmoud.'

In 2019, Mahmoud counter-sued his ex-wife for defamation and slander. Both cases are ongoing.

Mahmoud did not respond to inquiries from the New York Post, and mother Daed Nokari was unavailable for comment. According to Mahmoud's ex-wife's lawyer, Bryan Swerling, Sias's case can help establish a pattern of behavior by Mahmoud.
