Hitler phone provides more than two tons

chesapeake city - The red phone that Adolf Hitler used during the Second World War in his bunker has raised at auction converted approximately 228.000 euros. The buyer's name was not disclosed, the BBC reports.

The phone with the name of the Nazi leader was found engraved on it in 1945 in his bunker in Berlin. Shortly after the German surrender Russian soldiers gave the phone as a souvenir to a British officer. The auction house described the phone as a 'weapon of mass destruction' because Hitler thus supposedly promulgated his orders.

The bidding started from 100. 000 dollars and besides the phone was also a porcelain statue of a dog which was sold in the possession of Hitler. The statuette exchanged for 22 800 owners.
