seoul - North Korea celebrates Saturday under great tension with the US that the founder of the Stalinist dynasty, Kim Il-sung, was born on April 15, 1912. The current dictator in Pyongyang, Kim Jong-un, is a grandson of the founder, who came to power in 1949 and died in 1994.

The festival called Day Sunshine. Overshadowed this year by the news that the country plans Saturday to do a nuclear test. US President Trump has an aircraft carrier and other navy ships sent to the region. He does not want the North Koreans again doing nuclear tests.

A North Korean minister said the country's nuclear tests do once the lead thereof. He also said that North Korea preemptive strikes considering the Americans and the US have become among Trump much more malignant and aggressive. But North Korea is prepared for everything the Americans get along, said the deputy minister.

The secretive regime in Pyongyang has not let us know what's on the Saturday program. Observers in Seoul Yonhap news agency as saying that there is normally no military parades on April 15. But probably this year there is one. That would be derived from movements of military equipment. Possibly the country reflects on the anniversary of the People's Army on April 25.
